Beat the summer heat in Edwardian cottons

One of my favorite ways to combat summer heat is to mix in Victorian/Edwardian cotton garments into outfits. The breezy and sheer cottons are the perfect antidote to stifling heat. They breathe so easily and look lovely no matter how hot it gets. I wear corset covers, camisoles and petticoats as outwear, using them as tops and skirts. If you want to add a few pieces to your wardrobe, I've picked out a few lovely ones below. Enjoy!
