Old photos of the week: From the Costica Acsinte Archives

I just discovered the amazing work of Costica Acsinte. He was an extremely productive, if somewhat unknown (until now), Romanian photographer from WWI onward. There are efforts to preserve and archive his work, which as you can see below, is rapidly deteriorating. All of the images below are from the 1920s-30s and are just a small sample of his work.
